For years husband is tired after work and falls asleep down stairs after he has eaten his tea, but its become ALL the time and he doesnt even seem to make any effort to come to bed. Should I be pissed? He knows it bothers me and still doesnt come to bed. Should I call it a day and just CO PARENT? cuz I actually feel like, because he doesnt come to bed, he doesnt give a fig about how I feel. BUT on the other hand, ive gotten so used to being on my own, im not sure if id be miffed if he disturbed my sleep.
I feel so confussed.

What time is he eating? Surely that means he’s falling asleep at like 7pm. Then what? He sleeps on the couch in his clothes every night? 😕

He doesn't sound well. Maybe find out what's up with him first.

Id be worried, not mad. I'd probably think he needs to check in with his doctor if he's feeling that tired!

I cant edit so ive added this. Hes up and out for work between 5 and 6.30 and hes home at 6ish ( depending in the day) After getting the kids to bed hes falling asleep..it can be anything from 10pm to 12pm or even later.. He goes to chill out and watch tv and never admits to falling asleep. It makes me sooo angry.

He has a long day out so maybe he needs some blood tests to check energy and iron levels. I fall asleep a lot and it is due to low ferritin levels as I am perimenopausal
