It annoys me when people do this, but I am so fed up with people parking like inconsiderate twats. For context, I live in a cul-de-sac on a very narrow road. People frequently park outside my house, which is not a problem since it’s legal, however, they park so bloody close to the dropped kerb that it makes it impossible for me to swing around them when I pull out of my drive without hitting the pavement on the opposite side. I’m forced to drive in the opposite direction and circle back. I understand it’s not catastrophic, but when it happens daily, it’s so fucking frustrating. They could simply park a little further back to leave me with some space but they don’t.
AIBU to park in that space instead and keep my drive empty? It's annoying because I've just paid to have the drive fixed, but fuck it. If you can’t beat them, join them. Right? 🤷🏼♀️
