Bit rubbish that you can’t do click n collect at M&S

They never have my bra size in store - but now have to pay 3.99 for online order delivery - annoying right? Used to always order to my local food shop it was so handy.

Yeah, that’s rubbish. I used to get uniform delivered to my local one.

I assume they’ll have click and collect back in July which is when they said online ordering would be back up.

I did an order the minute online orders started; it said ten working days but it actually arrived three days later so I was delighted!

I only do click and collect because delivery is expensive and there’s a food hall quite near that I can collect from. It’s very annoying not to have it available yet.

They have never ever got anything in stock in the store. Waited ages for their online to come back on to order bras. Luckily needed enough so I didnt pay for delivery, but its not right

My local one offers free click and collect. Is this because of the cyber hacking? I haven’t bought anything online since then.

Yes, it is. They have said it will be back in a couple of weeks.

I feel for them but god it’s taking forever to get sorted and I really need new underwear!
