Hello lovely people,
I kindly need some advice for weekend getaway. 2 nights with Hubby , 3 month old and 11 year old. Im a little stuck as to where to go that would be suitable for the kids especially. We will drive from London so shouldn’t be too far considering baby. Thanks in advance

It would help if you provided us with a bit more information! What are your interests (Beach? Museums? Countryside walks?) What is your budget? When do you want to go? How long do you consider “far” (for some people that’s 3 hours for others it’s 6!)

Warwick castles have fun accommodation, all across the country you'll find BnB much more practical with kids than being stuck in one hotel room.

As above, you need to give more details.

Thank you so much. Sorry for being a little vague in my initial post. We do love museums as well as outdoors, parks, amusement parks, good food etc. We have also decided to cut back due to costs and just make it a day trip instead so around 2 hours drive by car from London for next weekend, thank you 😊

It is going to be hot. Very hot next weekend. I would swerve the beaches. Your2 hours could easily become 3 and thinking specifically of the se / south coast parking will be horrific. You’d also be looking at least at 4 hours with the baby in the car. Is
there no way you can do at least one night?

Brighton! It would be much better to get the train though..50 minutes from Victoria. If it's going to be hot.. there is a great paddling pool on the seafront.. and also can paddle in the sea. There is a sea life centre opposite the pier.
