Current annoying and often repeated bangers:

No, the little snug downstairs with entry from kitchen diner is not a 4th bedroom. You cannot price that as 4 bed and also add bit on top as well. That's why it's been on since September.

Ditto the 2 bed property claiming it's a 3 bed when everyone around is advertising the same exact houses on that street as 2 bed. Because that is what they are.

Premium price for done up house with new kitchen. Lovely floor to celining cupboards and... Grand total of 1m counter space between sink and cooker and fridge in utility room. Do you not cook? 😫 4 months on a market. (no it doesn't have integrated fridge in cupboards) More common is new kitchen which can be well usable BUT why is the fridge in a different bloody room again?

Oh and the best ones with added toilet opening right into kitchen. Not some far end. Actual cooking area of kitchen😭

You took down wall between living area and hallway. Nice and airy, yes, yes. But. Welcome to heat and all the noise going upstairs to the bedrooms. Also, you just created external entrance right into your living room...

"so houses here are selling for 315 so I will put this on for 300" for a complete doer upper which needs tens of thousands of work and no sane mortgage valuator will value it at that... 🙄

Totally agree. House hunting at the moment and about to just give up.

The extra bedroom which is a cupboard or the "study" which is no more than a desk in a storage closet are beyond annoying.

We viewed 3 yesterday.

One was advertised 4 bed but it was more like 2 bedrooms, a box room smd a storage cupboard.

Second one totally didn't match description- heating details incorrect, number of bathrooms incorrect and parking situation was complete lies.

Third one was lovely (far better than the online pictures) but extremely overpriced.

2 of the estate agents were completely zoned out and knew nothing about the property. At least the third one was interested in the viewing and seemed to know her stuff.

Yeah, the agents... Most houses we viewed were with viewing agents who knew nothing. It's frustrating. I am there, I want to ask questions, obviously.

Bedrooms with 178cm width😭 get out mate. No.
Extensions which created 5.5mx1.8m room.... So usable...
