To be a bit worried about this even if GP isn’t ?! Women’s health related

I know this is not a classic AIBU but I’m hoping for some replies as I didn’t get any on health:

short version - calsifications found in uterus after possible chemical pregnancy/miscarriage. Should I be worried?

Long version - . I am a bit worried and my gp thinks I am neurotic !
My periods have not returned after having my 3rd child and he is now 17m old (we are still
bfing) . I’ve been having mild cramps , ‘pms’ symptoms like mood swings, feeling hot, migraine headaches for a few weeks.
.
It crossed my mind recently that maybe I should take a pregnancy test . I took one last Wednesday and it was faint positive , took two on Thursday and they were both positive including a clear line on a frer. assumed I am pregnant on first ovulation.

I took another test on Friday and it was totally negative. Saturday and Sunday the same. Monday I went to the doctor and they did a hcg blood test which was negative . Less than 5. Doctor said it was not possible for it to be a loss as it wouldn’t have dropped that quickly. Said it must have been a false positive but three tests?! doctor implied most likely answer is a false or incorrectly done test and my cycles have not actually kicked in yet. I have always thought it’s unlikely to get one false positive (I’m certain it’s not an evap it’s a strong pink line) let alone 3?!

I am concerned because it’s now a week and a half from my negative test and I’ve had nothing. No bleeding, period of any kind.
I had an ultra sound and today was told there are calsifications in the uterus . Told Not to worry and I’ve been referred for gynae . GP said it’s absolute not related to the positive test and /or miscarriage which they are still saying I wasn’t pregnant to start with. Surely it could be related ? I’m a bit worried about retained loss . But I feel ok in myself . wait list for gynae appointment is ages as it’s not urgent hence why I’m asking here if anyone has any advice.

really appreciate any comments . I am worried but can’t put my finger on what’s going on!

Could it be calcified retained placenta from your 17m old? That’s what happened to me.

I suppose it could - is that a problem ? I haven’t had any severe symptoms just your usual cramps here and there

Only a prob if you're trying to conceive, or if you have infection markers, but I wouldn't be panicking.

Ok thank you. I just thought it’s such a odd coincidence with the recent positive tests and then this showing up

Do you know if it tends to go away on its own?
