I live in a semi detached and soundproofing is awful my living rooms and bedrooms are all directly against party wall with neighbour and they are quite annoying noisy and dont care
I Not BU - I stretch myself and buy a run down detached house in a poor area
I BU - I pay £££ to get a company to soundproof professionally
