NHS jobs - anyone else stuck on what’s happening next?

I work for an ICB. Anyone else on the same boat with uncertainty re their job? How are you managing to get anything done or keep morale up? I’ve just seen the post re coasting and I don’t have the energy to do much more than this myself.

It beggars belief OP, really feel for you all.

Did not think that things could get any worse, yet it has and is getting worse and worse.

What are colleagues talking about doing?

Yes our team is up for a third consultation. There will either be job losses or significant changes in our roles. Nobody wants the change but there are very few jobs out there.

It’s very difficult to show up and take work forward!!

I’m carrying on regardless with the day job but it is tough and very demoralising.

Currently in my 6th restructure in 12 years. Just keep going in and doing my best till someone tells me otherwise!

It bothers me that we still haven’t been informed re redundancy schemes. I have no real idea of what to expect.
