Does anyone know of a product for menstruation like this?

I really struggle with tampons and I find sanitary towels are a bit risky due to heavy flow and make me really lack confidence.

Is there a product that is basically like a nappy anywhere? Like nappy pants or something? I’ve been searching online and I’m due to go abroad on Saturday so running out of time to find something suitable! Does anyone know of anything like this existing?

What do you find difficult about tampons? I've always found it impossible to put them in while upright for some reason but if I do it while lying on my back it's fine. (Non-applicator type).

Evana period tablets are great I've bought them for the first time after years of leaks and issues with heavy periods and they've definitely helped me reduce my flow you can get them over the counter with a pharmacist for £15 I also use disposable period underwear on my heaviest days as they have 4 pads built in and I use 2 pads ontop of that just for peace of mind highly recommend those evana tablets they are a life saver 😀

I have intentions of buying period underwear In the future but trying to save for good ones although m&s ones are OK I've tried them I felt they didn't pull back enough at the back and was mainly front protection
