Hi there, I am hesitating between Felton Fleet, Milbourne Lodge and Shrewsbury house. My boy is 5, going into Year 1 in September.
I have visited all 3 schools, my son has been to only Milbourne Lodge so far for a taster, going to Shrewsbury house next week. He has an offer from Milbourne Lodge so I assume he will also get one from Shrewsbury house as they have a space in Year 1.
Felton Fleet also have a space, but I don't want him to get stressed doing too many taster days. FF lower school is so so.. Close to the road, and it has big classes compared to Shrewsbury or ML.
I am edging towards Shrewsbury house which now will be in Surbiton for all kids. From parents who have their kids in any of these schools of similar age, what's your feedback?
I am slightly concerned about Shrewsbury house being boys only... it's wild for where I come from as I am from Central Europe :) Is there more bullying as its boys only? Does it create a strange dynamic? I liked the school facilities and the small classes ... It seemed the most balanced out of the 3 options...
