He was part of the taping of the xmas special of WILTY yesterday and did a Nazi salute twice, as "comedy"

At least the show immediately told him that it was utterly unacceptable and the BBC and production have also condemed him immediately, rather than this coming to light in a few years time.

Combined with this and also being booted off BGT for the way he spoke to contestants, surely there's no way back for him now on telly?

Virtue signalling is when you make a public display of how good you are.
e.g. instead of just quietly donating to the hospice, you tell everyone around you, and put it on your social media so everyone knows how generous you are.

Having a problem with Little Britain poking fun at racism, gay people, breastfeeding isn't virtue signalling it's 'comedy' gone too far.

Yeah..I really enjoyed the show. Sure there were some parts that made me go OMG but then I laughed because it was toeing the line.

His conversation was with colleagues. Making sexual comments about a woman to your colleagues is inappropriate workplace behaviour if not sexual harrassment.

I met a bookseller who knows a lot of ghost writers, and who claimed all of Walliams’ books are ghost written and they know who by. I’ve never been able to find any evidence for this, so I guess I should say allegedly a lot in this post? 😂

I have heard similar. He gives them an outline, and they do the actual writing. Do t know if it’s true or not, but it’s very common for celeb books, fiction and non-fiction, so it wouldn’t surprise me.

I think lots of comedians and comedy programmes have featured nazi salutes over the years. I don't see the big deal.
If it didn't land well then the producers should cut it like all the other jokes that don't quite work. Axing the entire show is madness though.
