To sometimes eat my breakfast before bed or during the night?

I've gotten into the habit the past few years of loving a bowl of oats or muesli just before bed or sometimes I try not to but then wake up during the night and have it then. I wouldn't eat again until lunchtime. It doesn't affect my sleep - in fact, I'd sleep more deeply. Just wondering if I'm likely doing my body harm or if anyone else does similar?

Do you eat another bowl in the morning? It’s not breakfast if it’s not in the morning (‘breaking the fast’, meaning from not eating overnight), more of a late night snack. What time do you eat your dinner? Are you eating enough during the day?

What harm do you think you could cause your body by eating a bowl of oats? Is there anything else health-wise you are anxious about as it might be worth talking to your doctor?

fine as long as you clean your teeth afterwards

Really you're just having lunch for breakfast, dinner for lunch and supper for dinner. It's fine, you're eating in a way that suits your body if you're full, feel well and not gaining or losing weight

Assume you mean supper lol..pretty much everyone in my family has some version of cereal for supper and most of us aren't keen on early breakfasts anyhow
