Vinted help please

how can I produce a label to get a parcel back! I just want an item sent back to me but I’ve got to pay postage? J can’t do it via Vinted as buyer already has a refund. Thanks

Was the item not as described or damaged that's the only time Vinted offer a refund. Why didn't the buyer open a return request.

Has the buyer not already been sent the label? I had to return an item yesterday as it arrived significantly marked, and when I requested the return and the buyer accepted it, the system sent me the return label.

in my experience the buyer doesn’t get a refund until the item arrives back with seller, you request that you want it back , offer to pay postage and buyer returns.
Not sure why they’ve already had a refund

Have you tried contacting Vinted? I appreciate its difficult though, their system appears to consist of robot responses, it’s hard to ‘speak’ to a live person.
I ceased buying and selling with them after receiving no help at all when I needed it.
