Seriously over £100 for four beach towels. Does anybody own some and are they worth it?

Yes. Have 2. On year 10 of owning them. They are camping, pack in a bike bag, hiking brilliant if that is your type of thing. If this isnt your thing and you want them only to dry yourself they are equal to a towel towel.

I have one. It’s average. It folds down very small but isn’t great for after swimming as it absorbs loads and loads of water which makes it heavy and mine takes ages to dry. I much prefer my Turkish hamam towels.

I don’t think my dock and bay towel dries as well (or packs down as small) as some other microfibre travel towels I have.

They’re lovely looking towels. V good size for putting on sun loungers/beach to lie on.

I think other microfibre towels dry way better. I have had 2 ‘little bodhi’ towels from Amazon and they’re the best I’ve found for drying off after swimming/water activities, they dry out quickly and pack down v small. Good price too…

No. Get the £12 ones from mountain warehouse. Much better and fold down smaller

Decathlon ones do exactly the same thing for much less money. I've had mine for years and they wear very well.

Second Decathlon microfibre towels. We’re away in Franca atm, and so many families have them.

We have 5 Dock and Bay, yes, expensive but ideal for camping and backpacking. They pack small and dry quickly if hung somewhere. Can be used to lay on the beach too as the sand doesn't stick.

They are £80 for 4 right now.
I have to say i do like Tthe designs

We have them. They look nice, I like that you can get different sizes and they fold up small but they aren’t very good as towels! They move the water around rather than absorbing it. We still use ours on the beach, river swims or camping but wouldn’t buy again.
