Wow. How do you get them? I was told I could only take the tablet once every six months. I basically live off the cream. Its been about 7 nearly 8 years now. I've had a blood test, they found nothing. I do swabs but all they say is that I have thrush and I feel annoyed because I know that. I don't do the swab to get confirmation. I do the swab because I want some progress after all these years. What are these tablets called? I can't believe they never offered them to me

Do you mean fluconazole? If one dose doesn't work you can take 3 doses 3 days apart.

But there must be an underlying cause for why you are getting it so often. What underwear do you use? Cotton is best. Are you using scented soaps or gels on your vulva area?

Have you had your blood sugar checked?

Diet can also play a big role. I know people who stopped getting thrush when they went keto.
