I’ve had this on my thigh for a while now , it’s got a bit bigger it’s not a mole I’m not sure what it is but it’s red and raised and shiny. I catch it sometimes too. I’ve attached a picture. Excuse my hairy legs it’s on my thigh at the top 🤣

I've got something similar, had it for years. Sent the GP a photo and he was dismissive. I think it's a dermatofibroma.
