Throwing money at car and won’t pay again, where do I stand?

I have a Hyundai and a month ago I took it to the Hyundai dealer garage and paid £150 ‘diagnostic fee’ for them to plug it in and see why my engine management light had come on and it was going into limp mode.
They ‘diagnosed’ a fault with the turbo and replaced it after I gave the go ahead (after much debating) and the total bill was £1,100.
Collected the car engine management light was off, new turbo thingy, no limp mode and £1K later.
Can kind of swallow that figure if it’s fixed the problem.

Tonight the Engine management light has come on AGAIN and it’s back in limp mode.
Im gutted, and really upset at the thought of spending £1k and the problem still not sorted.

What do I do?

Have I got a leg to stand on when I ring Hyundai on Monday and say I’m not paying again I’ve already spent £1K and the lights come back on.

Im so gutted 😞

You are jumping the gun a bit here. Call the garage on Monday and see what you say before you start panicking.
