One of my husband's mates is an HGV driver who boasts that he watches films whilst driving, and also sends messages on his phone. I challenged him on this but his response is 'it's OK for me as I'm an experienced driver, I know what I'm doing and would never have an accident'.
I think it's crazy that he's got away without an accident and could easily hurt innocent people.
Should someone report him and if so, who to?
