Tax Return Problem.

Hi.
Does anyone work for HMRC? I tried to sign into my self assessment account to make a payment but it keeps saying they don’t recognise my details which I know are correct.
Typically it happens on a weekend so I can’t contact anyone until Monday.

I had a problem when it was auto populating my DH tax account number and I was using my password.

Thank you but it’s definitely my account details and has always signed me in straight away.
I guess I will have to wait until Monday.

They have had a hack recently I believe so could be related to that.

Assume you've tried resetting your password and all the usual stuff?
