Bought a new build and need to decorate/sort it - I’m in Ireland so these prices are in euros
All kitchen appliances (incl labour/fitting) 6-7k
flooring/tiling (incl labour) 12k
painting 2-3k
carpentry work 10-12k?
have most furniture but need a few new bits so 2-3k
Am I missing ANYTHING ELSE??

Curtain rails and curtains, blinds, mirrors, shoeracks, storage, bookshelves?

Also you generally can't paint a new build for a while..I'm assuming it's just magnolia at the moment,? Do it room by room yourself after a year.

It’s already primed so I assume it can be painted.

Storage, bookshelves etc is covered under carpentry work I hope.

blinds! Yes!!! That’s another 2-3k I imagine!

No this is all done! Thank god!! 🙌 will need to buy a shed at some point though
