To think putting your shoes on a cafe seat is gross?

Went to my local cafe today to get a coffee, decided to sit outside and there was a couple next to me at a 4 table and she was using one of the chairs to put her feet up.

Aibu to think this is gross?

Yes it is. I was once in a cafe and the woman serving told a man on the next table to get his feet off the seat.

I’ve done it on occasion. Not like someone eats dinner off the chair is it? I used to work in a cafe and the chair were wiped over daily anyway

Why do you do it though?

I can't get worked up about feet on a chair that is outside.

It's one of my pet hates. Skanky behaviour.problem is, they never get told to put their feet down.
