I recently had my nails done and I’m in actual love with them. Can you be so in love with your own nails that you want to just stare at them forever and ever? So show me your nails now or your best nails! I told my nail tech to go ‘retro’ and that she did!!

Another lifelong nail biter who has finally managed to stop. I am loving playing with different colours and working out what suits me. This is my current set. It looks amazing in the sunlight with the cats eye effect. I never thought I would be brave enough to go blue, but the darker tones seem to work better than pale ones with my skin.

I have just looked back at the first set I had back in December and seeing how far the shape and length have come makes me so happy!

Just caught up with the last few nail photos and they're all lovely. One day I may treat myself to a salon visit but how on earth do you choose which ones when you're in there? There are thousands of styles and colours and I don't think I've seen one I don't like. 💖

Yours are my favourite. I can't stand anything on my nails, strange as I won't go over the door without my hair and make up done but I think natural well cared for nails are best. Classy, smart and hygienic.

@DontTouchRoach@MonickerMonica It's beyond a hard habit to stop! My eldest DS was a biter too but he just stopped on his own when he was about 14. I so want to chomp mine off right now, but I love, love these photos of incredible nails. WOW all of you!!!

I’m so sorry to end up boring the chat but this is the shortest I’ve had them for a while and after red / dark for a long time I wanted something clean looking so I’ve had this the last three times I’ve been to the salon!

*And I’m trying to take a picture of my hands…I’ve realised I may of broken my little finger at point as I can’t get it to bend properly 😵‍💫

I agree. They are natural looking. I have a similar nail polish.

I use my hands a lot - computer work, gardening, cooking etc and find that long nails get in the way, so how do long nail owners manage?
