I recently had my nails done and I’m in actual love with them. Can you be so in love with your own nails that you want to just stare at them forever and ever? So show me your nails now or your best nails! I told my nail tech to go ‘retro’ and that she did!!

Fresh set today. Couldn't decide between tortoishell or amber cateye so did a little mix n match.

I got my latest acrylics refilled 10 days ago and 3 of them have cracked/broken. I usually get a lot longer with no breakage so I'm not sure what has happened.

My cute kitties had to be replaced today. Had to have the length right down as well as I’ve badly cracked my right thumb nail. My nail artist used builder gel as a base on it so hopefully I don’t snap it before my next appointment.

Because of that we stuck with something simple but still nice. Dark green base with gold catseye on top.

@Flozle do you mean the gold or red? The red was a normal gel polish. The gold was a power. It looks amazing but I don't understand the tech behind it 🤪

Got my Xmas nails this week, anyone else?

I have another appointment before Christmas so right now I have these. Purple glitter with a chrome effect on top. Not the best pic but was just after they were done last week.

I’ve got my Xmas set on now and having it changed on the 18h to something a bit toned down as once we get to new year it feels a bit silly having Xmas nails on

I very rarely do anything other than a solid colour on mine (and I've just done a manicure so I'm bare at the moment) but I absolutely love looking at others. Tiktok vids of nails being done is my guilty pleasure!

My daughter and I are massive musical fans and Wicked is our favourite so I had these done for the release of 'Wicked for good' (especially as her friend asked her to go and she said no she wanted to go with me as it's 'our thing')

They’re growing out a little bit now.. but these have made me happy over the last two weeks.

Blue sparkles and snowflakes done last week so will be redone just before Christmas. As a lifelong nail biter, seeing the progress since last year still amazes me, especially as I had to have them filed shorter before an operation recently.

Gold is last December. I am almost ashamed posting them now. 😊

Mine are classic French manicure and I love them. It makes my nails look longer than they are and so fresh.
Next mani will be for Christmas and I’m going to try something other than my usual red glittery situation.……but will probably end up with this!

Starting the Christmas theme. Thebest bit about polish (vs gel or acrylic) is you do your nails weekly. I've got so many stamping plates and stickers it's hard to choose.

This week is snow flake tips with holographic glitter
