I didn't know where else to post but I'm so fed up with buying new bras and then failing on me. I'm a 36G for reference.

Ive recently tried a lemonade dolls bra thinking it would be a game changer but my boobs continually fall out of it 😭
Bought 2 M&S plunge bras for wearing low cut tops but any slight bit of movement and I fall out of them.

I've tried from so many places and they either don't hold me in or the wire pokes out after a couple of wears.
Could someone please, please recommend a decent bra to me .....

I’d also look at brastop - I’m a 34hh and for me the curvy Kate range is fab - as someone upthread said, your boob shape will dictate style a bit, balcony much better for me than plunge.

brastop also do panache, Fantasie etc and always have a sale on!

Another 36G here! I also have a mixture of bravissimo/M&S (not measured by M&S but I was at Bravissimo) and generally they all end up being uncomfortable by 8pm at night or unable to contain anything if they are a plunge. I still use a decent sports bra from bravissimo but found one from Asda nearly as good and a 1/3 of the price.

I have recently been put on to shapermint and honestly their t shirt bras provide the best shape and are very comfortable (no wire!). I have just ordered a load more. I wouldn't do heavy exercise in them but they are supportive enough for day to day life. :)

Elomi Morgan is my go to. Bravissimo stock it as do M&S but oddly the two I had from M&S had inferior fabric.

I thought I was 36B, but I'm 32DD.

So you are probably a 34H.

Have a look at Bella Rosa lingerie.

I wouldn’t bother with Bravissimo. Google the Boob or Bust method. Go to Brastop and try a few brands in your size or sister sizes. Remember to have a bit of a jump and wiggle and stretch when you try it on (tightest clips first). Find THE BRA that works for you. Return the rest. Be ruthless about it. Buy multiple of YOUR BRA when they are on sale.

Since finding MY BRA I machine wash my bras and they have yet to explode on me. I guess they are not under so much stress because they are a good fit. I’m 34GG. I like Freya Fancies Balcony.

A well fitting bra has changed my life, no joke. Godspeed OP.

At the grand age of 52 I finally got myself measured.
She did it all by sight and I went from a 38C to 34E!!!
My bras are Marie Jo and I've never been so comfortable in my life 😁

Don't try a new bra on tightest clasps first. You try it on the loosest clasp eg. The first clasp coming in from the end of the strap. If it fits properly on that clasp you're sorted. Once you wash and wear your bra it stretches a bit, then you can go to the second clasp in to tighten it up. After a while it feels too loose then you go to the last clasp to tighten it further (presuming it has a set of 3 clasps).

I swear by Elomi bras, the 'charley' style is my favourite.

BUT get fitted somewhere decent (not m&s!) first, you're probably in the wrong size.
