i I made a biga on weds for the weekend I always mature mine longer then only 25hours
i use the outdoor fridge because it’s a big bowl and I didn’t realise but we have knocked back the temp and it’s frozen the biga around 50% it doesn’t smell like it’s begun to ferment
if i meave it on the side today to defrost and rise will
it still have the flavour or do I need to start again
i always make ciabatta every weekend how sad
im new to baking so any advice would be appreciated
