I have seen this question asked multiple times this summer already, how do you remove the yellow staining from suncream? Well today after years of the yellow stains pissing me right off I have been successfully in this mission and it has made my day! I experimented on a swimsuit with white lining last worn in Egypt during October half term so old set in stains, I wasn’t bothered if I ruined it, the suncream that caused the staining was Nivea or Aldi both factor 50. ( Only 2 brands we took)

Process wet the stained area, rub Elbow Grease stain remover bar soap liberally into stain both sides of the fabric, spraying cold water as you go. You can literally see the stain starting to dissolve like magic, then wash in washing liquid, NOT powder as it contains bleach which reacts with the suncream making the yellowing worse. I usually use Persil bio powder but for this I purchased a small bottle of Aldi non bio liquid. Washed on the Eco wash at 30 degrees with extra dirty drum setting, machine adjusts time and water to weight because the load was only two swim suits it loom 1 hour 25 minutes.

Thanks @PinkPinkPinkBlue I’ll be giving it a try! I have a Panache Tankini that got stained horrendously by P20 cream on our last holiday. Still clinging on in the hope I can save it 😅
