OP posts:
mshadowsnumber1fan · 21/05/2008 22:33

yanbu
but don't do it

WallOfSilence · 21/05/2008 22:34

Or:

"get over youself"

"grow up"

"Are you serious?"

"You need to get a life"

[Yes...I've had a few days break..but see I need to have a longer vacation]

wotulookinat · 21/05/2008 22:35

oh go on. Do it.

EnidBlyton · 21/05/2008 22:35

harpomarx · 21/05/2008 22:35

ahh seeker

you are right of course

but show some compassion!

'cos if you were I bloody hate you!

scottishmummy · 21/05/2008 22:36

ChukkyPig · 21/05/2008 22:37

seeker · 21/05/2008 22:37

OP posts:
Confidentialnamechanger · 21/05/2008 22:39

or "leave him, he's a twat, you deserve better"

totalmisfit · 21/05/2008 22:40

yabu - just because the answer is common sense to you - or unimportant to you personally, does not negate the importance/relevance to the OP

controlfreakyagain · 21/05/2008 22:41

or "how long have you been as mad as a snake?"

scottishmummy · 21/05/2008 22:42

are you usually so biscuit arsed?

harpomarx · 21/05/2008 22:43

actually, the only threads that make me feel like that are the 'what shall I do with all the leftover mashed potato I've got in my fridge' ones ( that was an actual thread, sorry if any of you posted it, i totally understand your dilemma )

they make me throw my hands up in despair!

SlightlyMadSweet · 21/05/2008 22:43

LOL

Does that mean you will answer the other 50% with:

...."Because she's a baby. That's what babies do. What did you expect?"

seeker · 21/05/2008 22:43

Or"have you had your sense of humour surgically removed?"
(love yours, controlfreaky - I shall use it regularly in real life from now on!)

OP posts:
cornsilk · 21/05/2008 22:43

or 'FFS!'

Shoshe · 21/05/2008 22:43

" Grow up, and look at yourself "

ChukkyPig · 21/05/2008 22:44

What's wrong with the original answer?

OP: Why is my DH such an arse?

Response (as promised by seeker): Because he's a baby. That's what babies do. What did you expect?

Problem solved!!!

RosaLuxembourg · 21/05/2008 22:45

PMSL Seeker. I started a similar thread a while back and got royally flamed for it.
I've still got the scars.

cornsilk · 21/05/2008 22:46

controlfreakyagain · 21/05/2008 22:50

your husband / baby / teenager / sister / mil / so called friend is an arse / baby / cow / witch / bitch / madperson and you should divorce / go to relate / phone 999 / lie down in a darkened room / run / eat chocolate..... [delete as applicable]
sorted!

Chuffinnora · 21/05/2008 22:50

Please tell me what a petted lip is? It sounds so good.

UnquietDad · 21/05/2008 22:51

controlfreaky, you are on to something there.

AIBU can mostly be dealt with by offering a tick-sheet.
