To think that a lot of people who say “I’m healing” are just dodging accountability?

Healing is important but it can become a shield for bad behaviour too.

Yep. See also “I’m processing” which means I will continue to think I can treat you like shit and blame it on my emotional immaturity (which I am unable to acknowledge but I need to blame other people for my being a twat)…..

I've never heard anyone say 'I'm healing' but if I did I suspect my eyes would roll right out of my head 😂

This, but it's such a popular thing at the moment, a total lack of accountability for own poor actions, but you can see how that occurs due to some of the posters on here with the 'giving the teachers what for' 'oh we practice non demand parenting, and make sure their siblings know golden child will never be held to account for their behaviours, and will always be a priority'..
