I was suffering very bad mental health - daily overeating chocolate and other calorific food - fry ups etc.

On Thursday I decided enough was enough and started a strict diet exercise programme.

Ive already lost 8 pounds since Thursday - the diet has been strict and I’ve done cardio/weights. I’m so pleased it’s given me such a boost. I know you normally lose a huge amount in the first week though.

I’ve already had kind comments from people on here - so I just wanted to post this for the benefit especially of people who were feeling as bad as I did

THERE IS HOPE!
