Stressful job, long hours. What do you do.

I keep reading on mn about people saying they or dh has a stressful job and work long hours.
What kind of jobs do you do?

I am a director in a large global organisation. I do not find it stressful and I do not work long hours. But prior to this job I worked incredibly hard, travelled the world and worked excessive hours and weekends. So now I’m very confident and skilled and I can command a good salary but don’t have to put my all into work anymore.
