Blackouts were absolutely robbed......

Electric Circus (group who have performed at Butlins for years) will be pleased, as the Blackouts were an absolute rip off of their act! We quite liked the winner...

The winner has basically done the same act 3 times, just changed the location. It was rubbish. The comedian was good

The magician wasn't anything special and hasn't don't anything original I also didn't even find him very charismatic despite a lot of people seemingly liking him.

There was some odd choices indeed. I would have done a one woman boycott and switched the telly off if Benita had won. She's a talented girl, but it was boring to watch. Same as Olly ... The magician was sweet enough but a one trick pony. Not a worthy winner

Benita should have won, she was incredible. The magician was shit. He did the same trick every week just with something "big" in the background. Wasn't even an exciting trick. But I might be influenced by having an amateur magician for a son who knows how it's done, and has been able to do it for years.

I disagree totally about Benita .... I must be missing something... Is it literally just me ? 🙈

We all like different things. I'm an ex dancer and love the dance acts. And "know" what I'm looking for in terms of talent in that respect. I'm not a fan of the singers, as they are usually mediocre.

The magic is a "forced pick" but i can't explain it very well. And wouldn't want to spoil it for others who like to keep the secret.

Erm..... The aibu is that my opinion was that the Blackouts were robbed ? And erm....well am I being unreasonable? Some may agree, some may not ? I'm unsure if my opinion is the general consensus or not.

Anyway, why am I explaining myself and my thread to a self confessed "drama" queen at nearly midnight!?

You're obviously not unreasonable for thinking that someone who came in 2nd should have placed 1st. Why even ask it?

Jasmine was phenomenal. If we're talking pure raw talent - we had our winner there.

Shocked Jasmine came in 6th place....

I think the British public were digging heels in a bit with voting for non British acts (although 2 made it into top 3)

I didn't like the way Vinnie and the judges kept pushing the "Scottish vote " thing. I found it divisive and patronising. It shouldn't be a "them and us" : people should vote for Vinnie because he was a good singer (which he was) not "Scotland should vote for you because you're Scottish " - its patronising to both Vinnie and Scottish people.
