Children behaving badly with no supervision from babysitter abroad?

In currently on holiday with my 2 young children (5 and 2), at the big pool there were 2 kids 7 and 10 (they told me their ages)

The 10 yo boy was most likely neurodivergent but he kept coming over to us and splashing us and also poking me and my daughters - it was very uncomfortable. I just said we don’t like splashing or touching please can you stop but he carried on doing it anyway and got more and more in our faces. I tried to move away with the girls, they were quite upset by it especially the splashing. I was looking round for some kind of adult but there was no one to be seen.

I was actually quite concerned at one point as both of them were in the very deep bit but clearly weren’t good swimmers

I carried on playing with DDs and they had moved away from us but had started to touch and splash many other people in pool. Several people got out. Still no adult. It had been about 45 mins by this point.

After over an hour had past an older lady came over and shouted do you need a drink? And they said no and then she wandered off to a different pool totally out of eye/ear sight.

When she returned to tell them it was time to get out she had a top on with a company name, I googled and turned out it’s a babysitting / childminding company (English company abroad)

Would you email them?!

I would speak to her and tell her nicely what is going on. She may well have been mislead by the parents that he is fine to play alone and just needs someone to get him a drink, make sure he wears Sun screen etc
