Of course it is 💐 It shows you have empathy and compassion, that’s all. Not a bad thing at all.

It wasn’t your fault. You feel regret but you shouldn’t feel a moment of guilt.

As a PP says, it shows how compassionate you are. You were in the right job.

Thank you for your reply I also sympathise with the staff as they are on the go trying to get through an ever ending workload.
