Can anyone advise what to do.
Last week I purchased over the phone some tickets to a concert with a large well know establishment. The money left my account (over £100) and I received the confirmation email straight away.
The next day I received a refund from the same company for the same amount.
I’ve just called them and they’re not aware of it and my seats are still booked. They confirmed seats can’t be cancelled/changed without contacting me first. They weren’t at all bothered about the fact I’ve received a refund.
Do I keep quiet or call Monzo?
I’m worried on the night my booking won’t exist!
