Bras

Posting here for traffic.

I have a load of bras (20? 30?) that I can't wear due to not bloody fitting. As an eternal optimist, I keep buying them. I would like to donate them to someone who could make use of them.

I know you can donate them to charities in Africa, but as most of them are 40E I am not sure if they could make use of them.

So - anyone know of anywhere that will take them? Hammocks for boy scouts? Hanging baskets? Yachts for the small boat race? Turning into posing pouches for particularly well endowes strippers?

Most, if not all of them are new without tags or very lightly worn.

p.s. - I also have a load of similar knickers, but that is another story! 😉

Smalls for All takes bras and new pants

Oxfam shops take them and they do need large sizes in Africa. You need to go to Bravissimo - they will advise over the phone and take returns. I have just really splashed out at Rigby and Peller and the bra is wonderful.

Our local area has groups for women in domestic violence and you can donate clothes / baby items. There should be something in your area too I imagine.

In terms of larger bras, I hated them for years but I followed a few people on social media and they recommended brands like curvy Kate which I loved.

https://theclothingbank.org.uk take bras in good condition. They do really great work and are all none profit. Check out if they have a drop off point in your area. (This is not the big containers that get sold as rags!)

Thanks for all your help. To be fair, they are not expensive makes (TU is my go to, but most of the ones i have bought from there actually don't fit too bad (o)(o) ) I'll look into the suggestions.
