Dream of no contact sister

Cut a long story short I have through no fault of my own been no contact with my family for 5 years now. I had a dream last night that my older sister sent me a message on my phone to tell me not to contact her at all and to take her off my contact phone list (she’s not on there). Also she told me to not contact her DD. I then find myself walking up the stairs & see my husband and he tells me he doesn’t care and then go into my DD room to tell her & from the side I see my DD but as DD turns to face me it’s my estranged sister telling me she doesn’t care and to go away and leave her alone.
Can anyone clarify this up for me please? My estranged sister lives round the corner from me but not sure if that’s anything to do with the dream I had.

How are you no contact through no fault of your own? Is your husband preventing to from contacting them? Or are they no contact with you?

What do you mean by 'clarify it up' and what would it have to do with her living round the corner?

It was a horrible dreams so the no contact thing is obviously playing on your mind, but I don't understand what you're asking?

I was abused growing up and physically & emotionally mistreated, compared to my older sister & constantly was made to be the fat one of the family (scapegoat).

So you've chosen to go no contact with them, then?

It was just a dream, they're usually our subconscious mind trying to work problems out. Presumably it wouldn't bother you if your sister didn't want to be in contact with you, so I'd just let it go.

Just trying to understand why I had this dream & what it could mean.

It’s just a bad dream. I’m NC with siblings, their choice, I have a lot of bad dreams with weird stuff about them all in it. I try to not think about it once I wake up or it plays on my mind all day as I think there’s something wrong.
