UC Support Element Missing

Hi. I’ve received my third UC statement my support part of UC is still missing from my entitlement. I migrated from esa support group to UC. My case manager has escalated it a few times however there been no change or any contact. I’ve got help from a service in my local council trying to help but when we spoke to them they just say send another message to case manager. Is there anything else we can do or just have to wait. Thanks

Limited Capability for Work Related Activity is what it's called (LCWRA).

There's a problem with it right now on the UC side, and loads of people are missing it after migrating/claiming UC. It's not just you by a long shot. It will be fixed, you are entitled to it and that won't be forgotten, but might take some time.

Edit: if you want to stay on their case (advisable) call Citizens Advice Help To Claim on 0800 144 8 444. Tell them about it. They can escalate if you can show you have called UC a few times and case manager isn't working.

Going back on my journal I see a message saying benefits effecting UC. It says we noticed you’re not receiving any of these benefits. Ie ESA and goes on to say if you are claiming any of these benefits you need to contact esa and tell them your now getting uc and to update their records. I contacted esa at the time but they said your claim now closed and any further correspondence to my benefits is now with UC.
