I made the mistake of ordering two things from their website. They took ages to arrive and were nothing like the description. Shoes were described with arch support (which I need) but didn't have any, the soles were completely flat. I paid £55 for them, said to be reduced from about £89, but they were the cheapest most flimsy footwear ever. If you saw them in a bargain bin they would be around £1.
I also ordered a linen dress reduced from £90 to £44. It is not linen but the thinnest cheapest polyester I have ever seen - really horrible.🙁
I asked for a refund on the basis that these goods had been misrepresented, but in spite of their 30 day return period they are not taking them back or refunding. Instead they offer different goods from their website, but they are obviously also advertised with false descriptions.
If anyone else has fallen foul of this company, do you have any tips as to how to get money back. I spent around £100 for absolute tat worth less than £5 in total, with no prospect of a refund. They are not based in the UK despite being called Belezza UK. Thanks for any advice.
