Always having a new rule, always nitpicking about things, being very snappy with employees, one was over something that wasn’t a colleagues fault, which was even explained to her by another member of staff, but the manager still didn’t admit fault and this actually made the colleague cry, because of the way she was spoken to. Manager didn’t care that it had upset her and instead still spoke rudely and then slammed a door loudly behind colleague when she was stood in the corridor obviously upset.
