Wrong ITV Region

On normal ITV1 (Channel 3 on Freeview here up north in East Yorkshire) we have our local news from Calendar. But on the HD channels we get Granda (which is nothing to do with us locally). It has this scheduled for 3 times a day Monday to Friday and once on weekends on the HD. Didn't BBC for HD not allow to show the local news. Does anyone else get this for their ITV local news if so what region are you in and what comes on HD

Had this for years.
When we had Anglia on ch3, ch103 would be the SE (Kent etc). Annoying if you wanted to catch the local news/weather and you didn't realise straight away.
Nowadays we are South on ch3 but again ch103 is SE.

Personally I don't bother with the HD channels but my OH does from time to time.

We’re in West Yorkshire and often find ourselves getting the Northern Ireland version of Calendar, along with commercials for Irish products and services. We’ve had the TV guy in but he can’t tune it either. We also can’t get ITV X unless we cast from the phone and various other random annoyances. The result is that we don’t watch much television as such, usually streaming films or series on Netflix/ Prime/Apple etc

We're calendar but the other day when they did the local weather forecast (not during the news it was one of their daytime ones during ad breaks) it had the Tyne Tees weather forecaster on there and he must have done ours and Tyne Tees at the same time if he did the 6pm news for us
