Does my son’s knee scrape look infected?

He did it on Tuesday at school.
It was a nasty one , but since then it doesn’t seem to be improving much.

Just wondering if it looks infected or just normal for a graze?

My 9 year old's wound (the really bad one) where the school didn't think it was necessary to check it even though it ripped a hole in his trousers. They left it to him and a friend to clean it up themselves in the boys loos with paper towels.

Went to pharmacy, they said straight to out of hours. They put antiseptic on it and had to clear all the grit out.

Took 6 months to heal...
