a neighbour has a very large garden having bought part of a few other gardens and has made a quad/trail bike track for his kids.
whenever the weather is good there is non-stop loud engine noise that carries across all the nearby gardens.
I know it’s permitted to use these bikes on private land with permission from the landowner but can they also be a noise nuisance
basically can I do anything about it?
