Why does ITV have a local weather report at like 11am every day and also one at like 3:55pm

It's a bit strange. 11am is not a good time for weather report as ITV does not have a news bulliten in the morning. 3:55pm is strange aswell but ITV's news in the afternoon is at 1:30pm for the lunchtime news. This is just a Monday to Friday thing. Back in the day ITV opted out of This Morning halfway through for a 5 minute news update.

Don’t most people just look at the weather on their phones at the time of day they choose? Or ask Alexa?!
