To think my friend is sexist and homophobic?

I just had a discussion with my male friend about age gaps.

He said that an 18 year old boy having sex with a 40 year old woman is ok because they are using each other but a 40 year old man having sex with a 18 year old boy is wrong because it's only the man using the boy.

I told him it makes no sense and he's homophobe, and he said he's not because he's not scared of gay people.

What's with all the age gap posts recently? A bit of variation from the bots would be good
