My son was punched today at school by another 6 year old , and the teachers didn't tell me so I asked them about it and they said they delt with it is it normal they wasn't going to tell me

Another child hitting your child is something they should have told you about. I would email the Headteacher regarding safeguarding.
I would want to know whst they told the other boy's parents and I would keep a record of dates and conversations.

Yes, the teachers should have told you about it. Let the school know that you'd like to be informed if anything similar happens again. I hope your little boy is ok.

He was upset at pick up time and the other mum didn't have a clue about it I approached her and told her what had happend and she has emails the school about said sorry about it
