Are these b12 levels normal?

Sorry for the 2nd post. Just realised the title won't grab the attention of people who know anything about b12!

Active B12: 57.0 pmol/L
(Reference: >37.5 pmol/L; Ideal: >70 pmol/L; No upper limit specified)

Total Vitamin B12: 190 pmol/L
(Reference: 145–569 pmol/L)

Folate (Serum): 3.9 nmol/L
(Reference: >7.0 nmol/L)

Friend knows her folate is low but it might be relevant.

I thought B12 needs to be at least 300, so 190 is low. No idea about Active though.

EDIT - What's her iron/ferritin level?
