Is this too risky?

In a dispute with my employer (direct discrimination which they have admitted). I’m currently off sick with the stress from all that’s happened the last few months. I now have an interview with another company but only have my work computer to join the interview on teams. Will I get into trouble if I do this when off sick? Will they know?

How exactly would this be any different? Unless she works for MI5 I’m pretty sure they’re not monitoring her audio activity on her laptop 🙄

Good point, I wasn’t clear.

I meant join on own laptop (or a library computer or similar) and if doesn’t have camera or audio then use phone for that bit.

From what I know (partner is a ciso) I wouldn't risk it. Use your phone or borrow a laptop.
