.. to the degree of emitting very audible orgasmic moans throughout, then you should consider practicing in the privacy of your own home rather than a group setting?

I’m new to the art so maybe this is a common thing but the Woman at the end of the row this evening would have given Meg Ryan a run for her money and it quite put me off my shavasana.

Prepared to be told I’m unreasonable and if so will add some loop earplugs to my basket.

Did anyone else look uncomfortable? I used to do yoga, and I've not come across this before.

Did she mention having previously screamed / cried at the Sistine Chapel ceiling, by any chance?

Noooooo I did a class once with a man who did this. The (female) instructor had to ask him to keep it down after several complaints over several classes. He never came back after that.

Edited to add: a bit of heavy breathing if you are struggling is fine, I do that, and deep audible in and out breathing is to be expected at yoga, but loud orgasmic moaning is unnecessary.

It’s all part of the experience for me. I moan, breathe heavily, fart, and queef during my yoga classes.

With you. Heavy breathing irritates me… I feel like the most effective deep breathing doesn’t waste energy on sound, but maybe that’s just me!
