@Whitelotus5 I can only wish that my life was as peaceful and uneventful as OP's that she has the time and energy to get angry over stuff the neighbours put in their garden.

Not trying to be funny here- I am genuinely envious.

I'm guessing the neighbour's view of your house was not pretty and that's why they have erected this screening. If you get some plants or other features in your own garden that will distract you.

I thought it was your neighbours the other side of your fence, not yours, sorry.

Seems conflicting advise on OP growing something on her side against the fence.
Anyone know if it's allowed on a neighbour's walls or fences?
