Well not in that area. My back and legs seems to bothering me alot around the dent.

Are you hypermobile and something's shifted, but not gone back of it's own accord? Definitely check it out with the GP, and maybe book a session with a good physio.

I had something similar when I developed bursitis of the hip after falling down a flight of stairs
